- Forget/remove “X60” from the Bluetooth device list.
- Restart the X60.
- Pair it with your phone again.
Sound & Pillow Use
Sound is too low or unclear
Pillow thickness, material, and speaker placement can affect the sound.
Try:
- Increasing the volume on both your phone and the X60.
- Moving the X60 closer to your ear under the pillow.
- Adjusting its position if your pillow is especially thick or soft.
Sound gets quieter under the pillow
Some sound reduction is normal because the pillow absorbs part of the sound.
For clearer listening:
- Place the X60 closer to the area beneath your ear.
- Adjust its position under the pillow.
- Increase the volume gradually until you reach a comfortable level.
My partner can hear the sound
X60 is designed for more private listening, but it is not completely silent to people nearby.
Try:
- Lowering the volume.
- Moving the X60 closer to your ear.
- Keeping it farther away from your partner's side of the bed.
For the best balance of clarity and privacy, use the lowest comfortable listening volume.
