Sound is too low or unclear

Pillow thickness, material, and speaker placement can affect the sound.

Try:

1. Increasing the volume on both your phone and the X60.
2. Moving the X60 closer to your ear under the pillow.
3. Adjusting its position if your pillow is especially thick or soft.
