The Volume Is Too Low or the Sound Is Barely Audible

- Adjust the earbuds so the speakers are closer to and aligned with your ear canals.
- Increase the media volume on your phone.
- Make sure “Kinglucky Earbuds” is selected as the current audio output device.
- Check whether your phone has a volume limit or hearing protection feature enabled.
- Clean the speaker openings.
- Delete the existing pairing record and reconnect the earbuds.
Open-ear earbuds do not go inside the ear canal. In noisy environments, surrounding sounds may reduce the perceived volume.
