The Earbuds Will Not Turn On or Keep Turning Off

Place both earbuds correctly in the charging case and charge them for at least 30 minutes before removing them again.
- Make sure the charging case has sufficient battery power.
- Check whether the indicator light responds when the earbuds are placed in the case.
- Make sure the earbuds are properly touching the charging contacts.
- Clean the charging contacts if necessary.
- Reset the earbuds and pair them again.
