The Earbuds Keep Falling Off or Do Not Fit Securely

- Position each earbud correctly on your ear.
- Slowly rotate or move the earbud to find the most secure position.
- Place the speaker close to and aligned with your ear canal, but do not push it into the ear canal.
- Gently adjust the ear clip or connecting section so it follows the shape of your ear.
- Gently shake your head to test the fit.
