I Cannot Hear the Other Person Clearly During Calls

- Increase the call volume while the call is active.
- Make sure the call audio has been switched to the Bluetooth earbuds.
- Adjust the earbuds so the speakers are closer to and aligned with your ear canals.
- Test the call in a quieter environment.
- Disconnect and reconnect the earbuds.
