The A8 case LED does not light up when I plug it in

First check that the charging contacts inside the case are clean and that the earbuds are seated so the pins touch.

If the earbuds have not been used for a long time, the charging process can take longer before the LED responds — this is normal. Leave the case connected to power for at least 30 minutes before judging the result.

If there is still no LED response, try a different USB cable and power adapter before contacting support.
